Join us on Saturday, May 24, 2008, from 9:30 am to 3 pm in a workshop with young adult novelist Marisa Carbone Finotti and learn about writing for children in every age group - from picture books to young adult novels.
Marisa's first young adult novel, "The Treasure of Amelia Island" is being released in February 2008. With more than 25 years as a broadcast journalist, Marisa has a wide range of experience to share with workshop participants.
This will be a "brown bag" seminar. Bring your lunch with you and we will furnish sodas and water. The brief lunch break will be used to talk about what you're learning and to get to know your fellow workshop members.
