Children will fall in love with drawing as they use pencils, crayons, and markers to learn basic drawing principles. The students will encounter a wide variety of drawing experiences from music inspired art to observing live animals!

An introduction to the piano for those just starting out. Students will learn key names, explore basic rhythms, and get an orientation to the musical staff and note reading. Must bring both the (Primer Level) Piano Adventures Theory Book and the Piano Adventures Lesson Book by Nancy and Randell Faber to class.

Beginning Piano Part 2 (Primer Book)

2nd grade and up

For students who have completed the first session of Beginning Piano or Piano Explorer 2. This session will cover Primer level Unit 4 through Unit 7. Students need to bring the (Primer Level) Piano Adventures Theory Book and the (Primer Level) Piano Adventures Lesson Book by Nancy and Randell Faber to class.

Beginning Drum Set and Percussion

Dr. Eyerly’s ACT UP Teen Ensemble has been showcasing their work at various venues in Gainesville, including GCP and the Acrosstown Repertory Theatre as well as area schools, for the past six years. Now teens in Alachua and High Springs will have the opportunity to explore more advanced acting theory as well as write, act, and direct their own short plays and scenes.
